Vintage 9ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Crescent Pendant

This is a stunning 9ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Crescent Pendant Conversion.
This fab piece was originally just a brooch but I have converted it so it can be worn as a pendant. I decided to leave the brooch attachment on the piece as you the have the option to also wear it as a brooch. If you are purchasing it as solely a pendant I can arrange to have the brooch attachment removed.
The total diamond content is 0.37ct approx.
The totals sapphire content is 0.39ct approx. 
The piece measures just under 1 inch from crescent tip to tip.
In excellent condition.
Marked 375 for 9ct Gold.
