Antique 18ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Halo Ring

This is an absolutely stunning, antique 18ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Halo Ring
A beautiful cornflower blue sapphire measure 0.50ct, sits  in the center of this ring and is surrounded by a halo of 12 old mine cut diamonds, each measuring 2pts each. A glorious piece that could make a fabulous engagement ring.
Unmarked but tested as gold.

This is a vintage piece so may show some signs of wear. One claw is very slightly damaged but this is not noticeable to the naked eye and as was more common with antique rings, the central stone is set tightly with multiple claws, so I have not replaced this as I did not want to raise the cost of the ring to the buyer and the multiple claws hold the stone safely and securely.
As most of our pieces are vintage finds they only come in one size. However if you require your ring to be sized so it’s right for you please let us know before purchase and this can be arranged for a small charge.
