CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
Yes of course! If you don't feel that your order is quite right for you, you can of course return it for a full refund. The item or items must be in original condition and not be altered in anyway. All packaging must be returned and please use a tracked and insured postal service that provides a tracking number for your return.
If you are in the UK you have 7 days from receipt of your order to contact us regarding your return and a further 7 days to send the item back. If you are based overseas you have 14 days from receipt to contact us regarding your return and then a further 7 days to ship the item back.

We aim to process your refund within 2 working days of receiving the goods back.

IF IM BASED OUTSIDE OF THE UK WILL MY ORDER BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES?
Each country has its own rules on importing goods from abroad. If you are not based in the UK it is possible that buyers/customers may be liable to pay customs duty, VAT and other taxes on their order. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer/customer.

We are not responsible for any delays that are due to unpaid customs fees, third parties, or shipping companies.
DO YOU OFFER RING SIZING?
We do offer a ring sizing service on any pieces purchased from us that are eligible for a size change. Prices begin at £30 but are determined on a case by case basis, so please do get in touch if you would like a ring altered to size. Most rings can be altered but do message us before purchase to check. Usually resizing takes 1 -2 weeks.
HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
We aim to ship your order within two days of receiving it, providing no alterations are required. All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery and this is a next day service.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International services or Fedex at our discretion. International shipping via Royal Mail takes around 7-14 working days but can take longer to countries including Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Fedex usually takes 5 days.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused via third parties and the shipping time frames above are just a guide.
DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY
Layaway is a payment plan which allows you to spread the cost of an item over time. We offer layaway on all items over £350. We ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your item, with the remaining balance to be paid within 60 days. Please contact us for more details regarding layaway and your options. We do not offer refunds on pieces that have been paid via a layaway payment plan. Items will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
DOES MY ORDER COME IN A BOX?
All orders come in a box suitable for the item purchase. Your order will be double boxed for security and also wrapped with satin ribbon, so its perfect for gifting straight away. WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR JEWELLERY
All of our pieces are second hand, vintage and many are antique, so they all show some signs of wear. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions of each piece and add lots of photos to each listing. If you have any questions regarding a specific item please do get in touch.

Our pieces do not come with an official guarantee, valuation or certificate unless stipulated in the description but are checked before sale and we would never knowingly sell a damaged product. If you ever have an issues with an item you have purchase drop us a message and we will be happy to help.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCEÂ YOUR JEWELLERY?
We source our pieces from auctions, fairs and private sellers all over the UK.
